It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Our aim is to not only make mental health services more accessible and affordable but also empowering in nature by encouraging community members in early detection and prevention of mental illness
